I'm Samuel Fang, a Senior Systems Engineer and Network Engineer with more than 15 years of experience designing, deploying, and maintaining IT infrastructure for businesses of every size. Today I work at Helion Technologies — the largest managed IT and cybersecurity provider serving automotive and heavy truck dealerships in the U.S. — engineering the systems and networks behind hundreds of dealership locations nationwide.

My work spans the full infrastructure stack: firewall deployments and migrations, network design, Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud migrations, virtualization with Hyper-V and VMware, endpoint management, and backup and disaster recovery. Years in managed services and consulting have made me a versatile problem-solver who pairs strategic thinking with hands-on execution — and communicates clearly with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
